Juncker plan for investment approved. Fierce debate on Greek crisis

The European Parliament approved the 315 billion-euro Juncker plan for investment to boost the economy and job-creation. EPP Group rapporteur Jose-Manuel Fernandes says the plan will encourage risk capital for SMEs.
